Dear Leader,

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my years of working with leaders—and being in leadership myself—it’s this: leadership can be deeply rewarding and deeply demanding. I get it. Whether you’re steering a team, managing people dynamics, or navigating your own growth, leadership can feel like walking a tightrope—constantly adjusting to maintain balance, focus, and forward momentum.

Over the years, I’ve worked alongside leaders in education, faith communities, and most recently, the corporate world. I understand the pressure to have it all together—to appear certain, composed, and capable. But here’s the truth: some of the most effective leaders today are actively engaging in counselling and coaching as a way to grow. It’s not about having failed—it’s about choosing to invest in clarity, emotional agility, and wholeness.

When I sit with leaders, we often begin with “work stuff”—team dynamics, communication hurdles, decision fatigue. But those conversations almost always flow into “life stuff”—relationships, wellbeing, identity, and meaning. Leadership doesn’t live in isolation; it’s deeply entwined with who you are and how you’re doing. Most successful leaders recognise that working on their professional world is working on their personal world—and vice versa.

That’s where I come in. I’m passionate about helping people in positions of leadership find meaning, make sustainable changes, and thrive—not just professionally, but personally. This is a place to get unstuck—a space where the things you carry can be named, worked through, and moved forward. Let’s create some margin in your life.

If you think I can add value to your life and leadership, let’s talk. We can take some time to connect, figure out what matters most to you right now, and explore what growth could look like.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.

Warmly,
Keira
