Dear You,

If there’s one thing I know to be true, it’s this: the stories we carry matter. And the longer we live, the more layered and valuable those stories become. I care deeply about your context—about the world you’ve lived through, the values you hold, and the perspective that only comes with time. I won’t offer cookie-cutter solutions or rush past what matters most to you. Instead, I’ll listen. I’ll reflect. And I’ll walk with you as you explore what’s still possible—because I believe growth and meaning aren’t confined to a particular age or stage of life.

I bring not only my training, but years of experience in care and counselling, including aged care and multigenerational work. I have a deep respect for what has shaped you, and a belief that your story deserves space and honour. Whether you want to reflect on the past, navigate the present, or think about how you want to live the years ahead—I’m here.

My approach draws on narrative therapy and legacy work, creating a space where your experiences can be made sense of, and your voice is heard. Sometimes we’re working through loss or transition. Sometimes, it’s about rediscovering meaning in this new chapter of life. I understand how daunting it can feel to try counselling for the first time later in life—especially if you come from a “just get on with it” generation. But seeking support is not about giving in—it’s about choosing to live well, with clarity and care, in the season you’re in.

This is a place to get unstuck. A space where the things you carry can be acknowledged, worked through, and even transformed.

If you think we might be a good fit, let’s talk. We can take some time to get to know each other and figure out what support would be most helpful to you.

Warmly,
Keira
